Another BLOG-Anniversary:
SIX YEARS! Six years I’ve been Blogging — Sharing Pottery and Food. It’s time to celebrate — It’s time to say Thank You to everyone following my Blog! It’s time for my Anniversary Give-Away!!
This year, I’m giving away a very happy, slightly wonky Vase — White stoneware, bashed and dented (yes, wonky), soda fired. A happy Vase (you can add the flowers) to brighten up any Winter day.
A Bit of Food — Chocolate/Banana/Hazelnut Cream Tart:
And of course, I’m celebrating (six years) with something tasty — A really (really) yummy slice of Chocolate/Banana/Hazlenut Tart (made with Nutella, or any other chocolate-hazlenut spread).
So easy (NO baking) — A Gingersnap Crust, topped with banana slices, then a whipped concoction of cream cheese, Nutella, whipped cream. WOW!! The flavors, decadent but balanced — The chocolate/hazelnut with the banana. I adapted the recipe from Sweet Paul Magazine — www.SweetPaulMag.com.
