Happy Halloween!

Halloween!  A favorite (trick-or-treat) time of year!

I just took a day-trip out to the rolling hills of west-central Minnesota, to help with the unloading of Bill Gossman’s wood-fired kiln.  I will certainly feature more about Bill’s pottery (and kiln) in a few weeks.  In the meantime, I’m sharing one of the pieces that came out of the kiln, made by another potter, Paul Morris.

I thought it was so appropriate for wishing everyone a HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

And, I think this fearsome fellow would make a great replacement for a Jack-0-Lantern.  Again, Happy Halloween!
